Verstraete is building 41 apartments on the site of a former greenhouse company

We are building on the site of the former greenhouse company Guillemyn along the Kokelarestraat in Izegem Bosmolens.

The building along Kokelarestraat (15 flats) does not have a basement, but the building behind it (26 residential units) does. 
We were also able to acquire additional lots of land so that we could also optimize access. This way you will be able to connect directly to the Ter Beemden district by bike.
