Project TARA was assigned to us

Tarara...guess what? The Tara yard in Middelkerke was assigned this morning in writing to the Verstraete team, construction business unit.

It concerns part new construction and two parts renovation of the residential and care center Tara in Middelkerke where Mr. and Mrs. Moerenhout take the lead. A major investment that will be carried out in three phases. We will complete this job in a period of 2.5 years and this with a maximum permanent occupancy of residents of WZC.

We are particularly pleased to be able to continue our strong tradition in building healthcare real estate as well as the combination of a large new building combined with renovation works. A real challenge for the verstraete.team. The whole team will do its best to make this work a great success where we will try to exceed the expectations of the client.
