Pietershof's works are progressing well

The works on the Pietershof residence site along the Burggraafstraat in Ypres have entered the next phase. A large part of the well is filled with concrete.

The construction company Verstraete.team from Roeselare is building the Pietershof residence on the site where the clinic of the Black Sisters used to be. There will be a total of 70 residential units. There was a lot of activity on the site on Thursday. “In the meantime, we are busy pouring concrete,” says site manager Stijn Raes. "A big job. We fill the entire 1st ground floor. Then everything is polished. That will take all night and normally everything should be ready by tomorrow morning (Friday, editor's note).” This is followed by the other part of the garage, which will also include a car lift.
