Meiboom celebration @Residentie Bosmolens
Our housing project in the Kokelarestraat on the Bosmolens in Izegem has reached a new milestone! Thursday evening the maypole was placed there, an old custom when the highest point of the construction has been reached.
It concerns the Bosmolens project with 41 apartments between the Kokelarestraat and Meensesteenweg. “The surface area of the luxury apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms varies from 74 to 143 square meters. The building along the Kokelarestraat has 15 flats, the building behind contains 26 residential units and contains 13 underground garage boxes and 22 underground parking spaces.
The flats on the street side will be completed by the end of this year, the second building will be ready by March 2023. Sales are now going smoothly. Already 40 percent has been sold!
When placing the maypole on top, something that would bring prosperity, Sarah Florin, one of the first buyers of an apartment on the site, was allowed to help plant the tree. The project also includes HelloHelp, a built-in communication system where you can request customized care when you need it.
