Buy now at 6% VAT instead of 21% VAT!

From 1 January 2021, the reduced VAT rate of 6% has been granted for the demolition and reconstruction of homes , provided that the established conditions are met . In this way, the construction sector and taxpayers can be given a tax incentive. 

This measure applies for the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
