It concerns part new construction and two parts renovation of the residential and care center Tara in Middelkerke where Mr. and Mrs. Moerenhout have taken the lead. A major investment that was carried out in three phases. We completed this job in a period of 2.5 years and this with a maximum permanent occupancy of residents of WZC.
