Leiepark

This project remains close to the essence of what it once was: the doctor's house from 1936. Even after the conversion into 6 luxury apartments, the appearance hardly changes.

The castle villa is built under hipped and gabled roofs and is further characterized by overhanging eaves, diamond-shaped stained glass windows and richly carved woodwork and pilasters.

A special detail is the basement, which is a remnant of the castle that was demolished by order of the Joos de ter Beerst family - the Hemptinne, the original builder of the villa. The coat of arms of this family can still be found sculpted and colored on the bosom of the sandstone fireplace in the Salon villa apartment. The monumental neo-Louis XVI staircase is also an authentic gem.
