Hof van Eloy

In the centre of Sint-Eloois-Winkel, Hof van Eloy is being developed as an ambitious village renewal project that thoughtfully integrates residential living, commercial functions and public space. The project is realised through a public-private partnership and will become a new meeting place in the heart of the municipality. 

The architecture of Hof van Eloy is characterised by a smart volumetric composition consisting of four building blocks with staggered façades. This design creates a dynamic streetscape while fostering a pleasant interaction between the development and the public square. The use of a bel-etage provides additional privacy for residents, while maintaining a strong connection with the surrounding public space.

Sustainability plays a central role in the design. The project incorporates energy-efficient technologies, including geothermal heat pumps and a building concept aimed at achieving an EPC-A level. As a result, energy consumption is significantly reduced while also promoting future-proof living and a lower ecological footprint.
