Cohousing Boldershof

Cohousing Boldershof is located on the sea in Ostend and then in the clean sub-municipality of Stene. A protected farm has been renovated into 5 apartments and spacious communal areas. Behind it, 3 new-build pavilions have been built, 1 of which has a spacious mountain cellar with 4 apartments. The 2 other pavilions together contain 9 new-build homes (1 x 3 homes and 1 x 6 homes), all with a fantastic view of the Stene gardens. A beautiful combination of heritage restoration and energy-efficient new construction.
