In Aalst we are renovating and repurposing a monumental classicist mansion into a residential facility with 2 apartments above. This classicist mansion is a protected monument. The facade will be restored to its original facade.

The current joinery will be replaced by new wooden joinery that will be completely reconstructed according to the historical model of 1875-1895, with the integration of acoustic glazing.
