Construction stages
Preparation
Feasibility studies, architectural plans, stability plans, etc. are part of the preparation of a project. Verstraete.team prefers to work with BIM.
Structural work
The structural work starts with the earthworks, continues with the foundations and ends when the building is wind and watertight.
Finish
The finishing of the project starts when the building is insulated and the pipes have been laid. Finishing ranges from interior design to painting.
Construction industries
Our focus is on building industrial, office, apartment and private housing. We also have experience in realizing care centres, such as nursing homes and assisted living homes.
